Kim Kardashian Gives the Gift of Hair Removal

If you're a guy and you constantly have to go through the tedious process of back waxing, or getting rid of any unwanted body hair for that matter, it would probably pay to be dating or related to Kim Kardashian. This year for Christmas, Kim is giving the gift of laser hair removal to her family. She is a big supporter of the process and feels everyone in her family could benefit like she has. You can read more about it here. I'll give you a little blurb of what Kim had to say in the article:

“My mom was the first in our family to get into the whole hair removal thing when she started getting her eyebrows waxed. Now it’s all about laser hair removal. I do it and it’s great. In fact I might give out laser kits for Christmas to friends but I won’t do it for them!”

It's obvious Kim thinks laser treatment is the best permanent hair removal system available. It's hard to argue that. It's been growing in popularity for quite some time now. And the technology just seems to keep getting better. It is, without a doubt, the best way to get rid of unwanted body hair.

Threading Hair Removal Gaining Popularity

I'm sure you've read my post on threading hair removal detailing what it is and how it works. Until recently, it's been a relatively uncommon practice. But it seems to be gaining some popularity. It's a much better alternative to waxing for areas like the eyebrows and upper lip. I just stumbled onto an article written not to long ago talking about threading. You can click here to read it. Here's a little blurb:

Threading, a treatment which has become increasingly popular, is an extremely effective and non-invasive way of removing hair. Predominantly used to shape eyebrows, threading can also be used to remove unwanted hair from sensitive areas of the face such as the upper lip and chin. Threading guarantees a beautifully precise finish, encouraging stunning shape and definition.

Of course, like waxing, threading doesn't eliminate the hair completely. Laser treatment is the best permanent hair removal system available. But threading is probably the best when it comes to temporary removal. It's far better than waxing, shaving or any kind of cream you can find.

There are better options than back waxing

Here's an interesting page about back waxing and how there are better options. It talks a little about the draw backs of waxing and gives some better options for anyone looking to get rid of the hair for good. Here's a little blurb from the page:

Shaving is probably the worst option, along with using creams that just dissolve the hair at the surface of the skin. Like when you shave your face the hair starts growing back pretty quickly. This is because, as I just mentioned, the hair only gets removed from the surface of the skin. Not to mention that the hair will start growing back thicker, which is ok for your face but certainly not if you're looking to getting rid of back hair.

Now as far as waxing goes, it is a better option than the two I mentioned above. The same can be said of threading, but trying to thread all the hair off your back could be very time consuming. Plus threading isn't a common practice and finding a professional to do it is quite difficult. Waxing removes the hair right from the root, which is why it hurts like a mother! This means the hair will take longer to grow back and it will actually grow back a little softer eventually.

I've mentioned before that laser hair removal is the best permanent hair removal system available. And this page also talks about that. Anyone who has hair on their back would probably love to get rid of it for good. That's why laser hair removal is by far the best route to go!

Threading Hair Removal

I found an interesting page on threading hair removal and thought some people may find it interesting. Threading isn't a super popular technique, nor is it a permanent way of getting rid of unwanted hair. But it sure seems to beat other methods like waxing or using creams. Here's a quick blurb from the page.

Threading is a common practice in many Asian countries and has been around for centuries. The process involves nothing more than cotton thread and a well trained professional. The thread is quickly pulled and twisted across the area that needs to be treated. It doesn't rip the hair out, instead, it pulls the hair up and out of the follicle from the root. It's and excellent way of getting rid of any hair that you don't want on the facial area. Check out the video below to see the process in action.

It seems threading can be a quick and clean method of temporarily getting rid of unwanted hair. Again, it's not a permanent hair removal system like laser hair removal, but it sure seems to be a much better option than shaving, tweezing or waxing.

Electrolysis Cost - What to Expect

Electrolysis Cost - What to Expect

Author: Bobby Sawyer

Electrolysis has been around for quite some time and is a common procedure to get rid of unwanted body hair. Lots of people use this as a permanent hair removal system because it does in fact work. But one of the biggest problems people face is electrolysis cost, it can be quite expensive. But just how expensive is it?

There are a number of different factors that play into electrolysis cost. Some of these factors include how experienced the physician is, the area that is to be treated and the total number of treatments needed to get the desired results. So depending on the factors that are involved, the price range can be from anywhere in the neighborhood of $50 to $500, sometimes even more.

Probably the biggest cost factor is the area of the body that needs to be treated. In general, the larger the area being treated, the more money it's going to cost. If you are looking to have your eyebrows done, for example, it will be quite a bit cheaper than getting your arms done. And getting your arms done will be quite a bit cheaper than getting your back done. The bigger the are, the more treatments are needed. The more treatments needed means the more money you will spend.

Another factor is that you can only do so much in a visit. If you're looking to get your eyebrows done, it may only take a few visits. But if you're looking to get your arms done, it will take a lot more visits. You can only do small areas at a time every visit because it's time consuming and can be painful. It would be impossible to have your arms done in only 5 or 6 sessions.

When you are interested in having electrolysis done you generally go in to see the physician to get a consultation. During the consultation you'll get an estimate from the physician. But it is just an estimate, there is no way of really knowing how many treatments you'll need. It depends on how thick the hair is and whether or not the follicle was actually treated properly the first time. A follicle can take a few treatments sometimes before the hair is eliminated.

Ultimately, electrolysis cost really depends on a lot of factors. That's why it's very difficult to actually get a really good estimate on how mush it will cost you. What takes some people only a few treatments for their arms or eyebrows may take you that many more. The only way to fully know how much it will cost you is to add up all your visits after your last visit.

No No Hair Removal - Summing Up No No Hair Removal Reviews

No No Hair Removal - Summing Up No No Hair Removal Reviews

By Bobby Sawyer

One thing you can get out of all the No No hair removal reviews is that people are very interested in whether the product works or not. Laser hair removal is becoming very popular as more and more people are looking for a superior way of getting rid of unwanted body hair. Sure waxing and even shaving work, but it gets tedious after a while and people want a better, more effective solution to their problem. People want a better permanent hair removal system. And that's where No No hair removal comes into the picture.

First off, the reason laser hair removal has become so popular is because it works. It is superior to waxing and shaving and it's quicker and cheaper than electrolysis and it gets the same results. But it's still costly to a lot of people. So obviously there is a demand for an affordable laser hair removal option. No No has seen the increase in demand and as a result they've come up with their solution.

No No uses patented Thermicon technology which involves the use of heat that's transmitted into the hair roots. By simply gliding the device over the area you want treated, the hair goes through three stages of removal. The first stage is the 'first contact' stage. During the first stage, the heat signal removes surface hair as it is transmitted down the hair follicle. The second stage, known as 'crystallization' has the signal travel down to crystallize the hair roots. The final stage is known as the 'disruption' stage meaning the hair follicles are disrupted to prevent hair re-growth.

There are 3 steps to using this product, "glide", "buff" and "moisturize". First, you glide No No over the area you want treated. Second, you use a buffing pad over the area that has just been treated to get rid of any left over crystalized hair. Third is moisturizing, leaving soft, healthy, hair free skin.

There are so many advantages of using No No to remove unwanted hair. The convenience, the cost, it's pain free and it works. With so many people looking for a great way to remove body hair, this is definitely a smart choice. And to top it off, you can try No No risk free for 60 days to check it out. If you don't like it, just return it for a full refund no questions asked.

Permanent Hair Removal System - Getting Rid of Unwanted Hair

Permanent Hair Removal System - Getting Rid of Unwanted Hair

By Bobby Sawyer

Having unwanted body hair can be a real nuisance, and can be a little embarrassing as well. But it doesn't have to be. With the right permanent hair removal system, you can get rid of unwanted hair and not have to worry. But what is the best way to get rid of unwanted hair? Well with a little help, I'm going to tell you the best way to go to get rid of that unwanted body hair.
It used to be that electrolysis was the only way to get rid of the hair you don't want anymore. It's certainly effective and it's been around for a while. But there are some drawbacks. First of all, it can take quite some time, depending on the are you want to cover, to get the desired results you're looking for. And since it can take some time, electrolysis cost can be something that is a bit of a drawback. Since you usually have to wait at least a week between treatments, coupled with the fact that you can only cover a small area at a time, this can take a long time. Thus it can cost you a fair amount of money. Electrolysis does work, but there's another way to lose the unwanted hair.
Most people today that are looking to get rid of hair are turning towards laser hair removal as their solution. With the technology that's available now, it's quickly becoming the best option. Laser hair removal essentially relies on impulses of light that are attracted to the pigment in your hair. It sends the impulse through the hair to the root. The hair doesn't fall out immediately, instead it takes around 10 days for the hair to fall out. The hair grows back much slower and finer than it would with say waxing, until eventually the hair is gone.
It does take a few treatments to get rid of the unwanted hair, but the plus is that you can cover a larger area in one treatment. Sessions can be expensive but it takes far less of them than if you were to go the electrolysis route, so essentially it doesn't cost as much. Even better now is that there are companies like Epila and No!No! that market laser hair removal machines for home use so that the individual can treat themselves at home and at their convenience. The machines cost anywhere from $300-$500 for one of high quality, but it will save you a lot of money in the overall hair removal picture. It's definitely the way to go.
So if you're looking to get rid of your unwanted body hair, there's really only one option that makes sense. Laser hair removal is the best, most efficient and cost friendly route to go. Better yet, pick yourself up a laser hair removal machine and you can do it yourself for much less than you thought possible. Laser hair removal painless and effective

I just stumbled across another really good article about laser hair removal. Laser hair removal is the best permanent hair removal system you can get today. And there are clinics all over the world that offer this service.

This article talks a little about laser hair removal, the fact that there are minimal side effects, who can use it and the effectiveness of it. Here's a little blurb from the UK article:

Despite the recent recession it would appear, according to the UK Health Centre that laser hair removals are as popular as ever, "People are still keen to get rid of any unwanted hair...clinics didn't feel as though their business had been damaged by the recent economical crisis."

Laser hair removal is still the best option to get rid of unwanted hair. And the advancements in the technology used have been excellent and continue to grow. It's absolutely the best option out there. All the articles and testimonials speak for themselves.

Knowing hair growth cycles can help the hair removal process

As you may well know by now if you follow my blog, I believe that laser hair removal is the best permanent hair removal system there is. It's by far the most effective way to rid yourself pf unwanted hair. And I've stumbled across an article I wanted to share with you that can help you decrease the time between you laser hair removal visits.

If you aren't aware, hair grows in cycles. And knowing where your hair is in the growth cycle can really help out the removal process. You can check out the article here. I'll give you a little blurb from the article:

The hair growth cycle is different for each area of the body. The total number of hair follicles each person has doesn't increase after birth because you are born with all the hair follicles you will ever have.

This article is really insightful and gives you a better understanding of how each hair follicle goes through the different stages of growth. I can really see how knowing this can help out the removal process. Hope you find it as informative as I did.

Press release says laser hair removal is the best solution

I've said it before, the best permanent hair removal system is laser hair removal. Now there's a press release that backs this up.

The report talks about how safe and painless laser hair removal is. And compared it to electrolysis as well.

A medical report depict that electrolysis is also a permanent method of hair removal that has also been adopted, however, it is very painful and people have to go through a very long procedure. To get the procedure completed, the medical report explains, a lot of time was usually spent while a number of visits were required to have all the hairs removed.

The report goes on to say that laser hair removal is also quick and doesn't require the amount of time electrolysis does. Laser hair removal is becoming the hands down best option for getting rid of unwanted hair. You can check out the article here.

Alex Reid wants hairless chest so he's more slippery

It looks like a new group of people could be looking for a permanent hair removal system, MMA fighters.

Alex Reid, a celebrity Big Brother winner and MMA fighter, says he's become interested in laser hair removal. He says it makes his body much more slippery.

"It makes me more slippery when fighting, looks better and is more hygienic." said Reid. Saying that, I still can't decide if I want the choice to be hairy taken away from me for life."

It makes sense I suppose. Fighters will look for any kind of edge to win, even if it means getting rid of the hair on your torso.

This could wind up being good publicity for laser hair removal, especially if Reid goes through with it and talks more about it. MMA is becoming a huge culture, with fans doing everything they can to portray their favorite fighters.

Why you should stay away from miracle hair removal creams

A long time ago a product was introduced called Nair, which was a cream you put on parts of your body where you wanted to get rid of unwanted hair. The product never really lasted, and for good reason. It has a tendency to burn, isn't ideal for sensitive areas and it costs a lot of money to keep the large supply of cream it will take to stay hair free.

Well once again they've come out with another hair removal cream, this time called Completely Bare. And to nobodies surprise, it hasn't received good reviews. It basically suffers from all the problems Nair produced back in the day. I guess some products just can't be improved. Here's a little blurb from the review:

I followed the patch test instructions on my leg, since I’d had adverse reactions to this type of product before. No problems occurred, so I applied to my legs, bikini line and underarms. 3 minutes later, a burning that felt like my skin was on fire forced me to remove the foam from my bikini line. Maybe I should have known better – this is a delicate and sensitive area, but holy S*?! it was bad. The spatula has raised edges, making it hard to scrape with. It also filled up quickly and was nearly impossible to rinse clean. I ended up turning to a damp cloth to wipe up the excess product and then cleaned up my legs and underarms too.

Products like this come and go and definitely aren't a worthy permanent hair removal system. It's easy to see why laser hair removal is becoming the hands down best choice to get rid of unwanted hair.

Laser hair removal vs. Electrolysis

I'm a big advocate of laser hair removal over electrolysis when looking for a permanent hair removal system. The advancements in laser hair removal have been amazing over the past few years and the technology continues to get better. I stumbled across this great little blog post comparing laser hair removal and electrolysis. It does a good job comparing them and really shows the advantages if laser hair removal.

There is a big variance between the methods used for these two techniques. Electrolysis hair removal is an invasive procedure in which a needle penetrates the skin into the hair follicle. In contrast the laser hair removal treatment procedure is a non-invasive procedure using no needle to be placed in the body. The only thing passing through the skin is the laser beam. In electrolysis, the electric current flowing through the needle can produce an electric jolt but laser hair removal treatment cannot produce such dangers.

Laser hair removal has really become a booming industry over the last ten years or so and is really taken a huge leap ahead of electrolysis. There are so many benefits of it over electrolysis, as pointed out in the article I linked to, it's no wonder most people are going with the laser solution. And the technology continues to get better.

An example of the success of laser hair removal

With more and more people looking at laser hair removal the industry has experienced major growth over the past 10 years or so. People are using it as a permanent hair removal system and it's garnering great results. As with anything, the more populal it becomes the more money is brought into the industry. The more money that's brought into the industry leads to advancements in technology. And that's exactly what's happening with laser hair removal. Prices are dropping and equipment is becoming safer and more efficient.
Gina Mayo, director of nursing for Creekside Laser Clinic in Visalia, has said the industry is booming and has seen major advancements in the past 10 years. The lowering of prices have broadened the clientele. Mayo says:
"People of all walks of life, backgrounds and socio-economic levels have access to this,"

In the past, laser hair removal has gotten somewhat of a bad reputation. People hear laser and they automatically start thinking negative thoughts. While redness and irritation can occur, it doesn't last. It's more like having a slight sunburn than having any kind of permanent scars. People even have the thought that lasers can cause cancer. Maybe some of the lasers used in science fiction movies could, but for hair removal that thought seems a little old school.
"These lasers have had years and years of clinical testing, and to my knowledge, there are no long-term studies that say people are getting cancers or anything like that," Mayo said.

So as this industry continues to grow, there is more and more support growing for it. It is definitley becoming the best way to get rid of unwanted hair.

Kim Kardashian and Hair Removal

When it comes to a permanent hair removal system, or anything cosmetic for that matter, you've got to think Kim Kardashian will be all over it. The 29 year old bombshell recently did an interview with Allure magazine and revealed some of her beauty secrets. One of them was how she's obsessed with laser hair removal:

"Arms, bikini, legs, underarm... my entire body is hairless. I am Armenian, so of course I am obsessed with laser hair removal."

If Kim is down with it, then you know a good majority of women everywhere will follow in her footsteps. She's become a beauty fashion plate and sets trends in everything. Laser hair removal is of course a great way to get rid of unwanted body hair. And if it's good enough for Kim, it's good enough for everyone.

No!No! Laser Hair Removal Machines - Permanent Hair Removal System

If you're looking for a permanent hair removal system then No!No! laser hair removal machines are for you. Based on the amazing, patented Thermicon technology, that uses scientific principles of thermal transference to conduct a gentle pulse of heat to the hair. The patented thermodynamic wire and built in safety mechanisms has enabled Radiancy to adapt this professional hair removal technology to a home use product. Get rid of unwanted hair safely and easily.

First ContactFirst Contact

During first contact the thermal signal is in its strongest state, this allows the thermodynamic wire to separate the hair shaft at the point of contact

CrystallizationCrystallization

As part of the process the thermal signal crystallizes the uppermost part of the hair which temporarily leaves coarse residual hair that can feel prickly to the touch.

DisruptionDisruption

It is assumed that the signal disrupts the cell communication between the bulge and root. This communication is considered to be responsible for stimulating hair growth.
